摘要
目的对掌骨、指骨骨折患者分别采用微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗,研究并分析微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗的疗效。方法 2004年10月至2009年10月,对手部掌、指骨骨折56例66处分别作切开复位、微型钢板、克氏针内固定治疗。方法患者取仰卧位,上肢外展位。在臂丛麻醉或局部麻醉、止血带下手术。开放性骨折彻底清创后手术。闭合性骨折根据骨折部位取常规切口。将骨折复位后分别用克氏针、微型钢板固定骨折处。结果生物力学方面比较:①三点弯曲强度测量,微型钢板组弯曲强度明显高于克氏针组﹙P<0.01﹚。②轴向压缩强度测量微型钢板组抗压强度明显高于克氏针组﹙P<0.01﹚。结论从生物力学角度比较,微型钢板固定在弯曲强度及抗压强度明显优于克氏针固定,临床应用微型钢板治疗手部骨折可以缩短术后外固定时间,可行早期功能练习,缩短骨折愈合时间,使患者提早重返工作岗位。
Objective Due to its fineness of structure and complexity of function,hand treatment,in diacrisis and management,needs a high degree of strictness,particularity and correctness.Methods From October 2004 to October 2009,operations were carried out with the operated lying on there back and their arms abducted after brachial plexus block or local anesthesia and with the aid of tourniquet.Results Comparison of bio-dynamic traits of the three tested groups show that both bending strength and axial directional compression resistance of the minisize armor plate group were higher than Kirschner wire groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Treatment with minisized armor plates in hand fracture surgery is an ideal way for its convenience and reliability.
