摘要
目的探讨老年非典型性心绞痛患者的临床特点及相关因素。方法通过心电图、心肌酶学、心脏影像学等检查,对67例60岁以上非典型心绞痛患者进行回顾性分析。结果非典型心绞痛占同期老年心绞痛患者的48.2%,初次静息心电图正常不能排除心绞痛且需监测或者行负荷试验;多种疾病可以诱发老年人心绞痛。结论重视老年心绞痛患者的非典型性表现,及时控制心绞痛症状,防止疾病的恶化及进展度,提高生存率和生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and related factor of typical model angina pectoris.Methods Checked of electrocardiogram and myocardial to learn,the heart image learn and etc,to 67 cases of above 60 years old non-typical model angina pectoris the sufferer carry on looking back were analyszed.Results The non-typical model angina pectoris has an old-age angina pectoris sufferer of same period of 48.2%,first time quiet the interest electrocardiogram can not expel angina pectoris and need to be monitored as usual or go burden experiment.Various diseases can induct old people＇s angina pectoris.Conclusion We should values an old-age angina pectoris sufferer not typical model to express and control angina pectoris symptom in time,prevent from paroxysm depravation and progress degree and raise existence rate and life quality.
