摘要
从日本石川岛播磨重工("IHI",Ishikawa jima-Heavy Industries)引进的Φ6520 mm双圆盾构机,经上海轨道交通4号、6号线部分区段隧道施工后,因地表沉降较大,在群楼密集与地下管线较多的地区不适合使用。为使该机复活继续使用,在采取多项技术措施后,将双圆盾构改成两台单圆盾构机是可行的。改成后的Φ6340 mm单圆盾构机在浙江省杭州市轨道交通2号线施工应用,情况良好。
Ф6520 mm double-circular shield was introduced from Japanese Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries Co, Ltd("IHI"). It has been used in partial sector tunnel construction, the ground subsidence was great, so it's not suitable for use in Shanghai areas where have intensive buildings and pipelines. In order to cause the machine reactivating to continue to use, it is feasible to alter in to two single-circular shield by taking several technical measures, Ф6340 mm single-circular shield which was reconstructed from the doub- le-circular shield has been used in Hangzhou Metro line 2, Zhejiang Province, and obtained a good effect.
