等级医院评审是推动医院标准化管理的一个强有力的措施,是提升医院内涵质量,促进医院管理规范化,推动医院快速发展的一个有效载体。医院档案即医院工作的基础台账,是对医院管理、服务、医疗、科研的历史性记录。作者旨通过档案工作在等级医院评审中发挥的作用谈几点感受,并对今后加强档案工作提出一些建议。
The hospital ranking appraisal is a powerful measure to improve hospital standard management. It is an effective way to promote the hospital＇s inner quality, advance its standardized management and pursue its development in a rapid way. The hospital files are the basic standing books of hospital work, which are the historical records of hospital management, service, medical treatment as well as scientific research. The article mainly talks about the functions of records in the hospital ranking appraisal and some suggestions of improvement of this work.
