摘要
通过总结归纳社会单位开展建筑消防设施建立标准化管理体系,落实标识化建设,形成规范化管理机制过程中应当把握的几个要点,并客观分析在推动"三化"建设持续有效落实过程中存在的主要问题,提出相应的改进措施和建议,以形成建筑消防设施"三化"建设的长效机制,努力提升社会单位防控火灾事故发生的能力和水平。
This paper sums up several points where the social units practice the standardized management system in fire control facilities and implementing the construction of the signs,and forming the standardization of management mechanism.This paper makes an objective analysis of several problems regarding the process of promoting the ＂three constructions＂,and puts forward some corresponding measures or suggestions for improvement in order to build the long-term mechanism for building fire control facilities in the process of three constructions,and make painstaking effort to raise the level or ability of the social units against fire.
