摘要
目的:改进化橘红药材中柚皮苷的提取及含量测定方法。方法:化橘红药材超声提取后,用HPLC法测定柚皮苷含量,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(45∶55),检测波长283 nm。结果:改变流动相中酸的种类及比例后,化橘红中柚皮苷色谱峰型良好,峰纯度高,符合系统适用性要求。结论:改进的方法样品提取简单、方便、准确,色谱条件适用性好,延长了色谱柱使用寿命,可作为化橘红药材中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。
To improve the method for determination of naringin in Citri Grandis Exocarpium. Methods : Citri Grandis Exo- carpium was extracted through ultrasonic by methanol. The content of naringin was determined by HPLC at 283 nm detection wave- length with methanol-O. 1% phosphoric acid water ( 45 : 55 ) as mobile phase. Results : The extraction rate of naringin by improved method was approximately similar with the pharmacopoeia methods. The improved mobile phase was more suitable to the common col- umn and the HPLC peak of naringin by the improved mobile phase passed the peak purity test and met the standards of system adapta- bility. Conclusion: The improved method is convenient and accurate, and can be used for the assay of Citri Grandis Exoearpium.
