摘要
介绍了汽轮机快冷技术的原理及投运条件,结合在建印度某电厂实例,阐述快冷装置的调试方法和使用效果,探讨了快冷装置运行的控制方法。在实际应用中,优化了快冷装置与汽轮机管路的连接方式。在某些特殊运行条件下,为机组检修争取了大量宝贵时间,大大提高了机组的经济性。
The principle and its operational conditions of the fast cooling system of turbine have been described in the paper combined with the example of Indian JSW power plant.Meanwhile the commissioning and the applied effect of the fast cooling system have been introduced as well as the control way of the operation of the fast cooling system.The connection mode between fast cooling system and turbine pipes has also been optimized in practice.Under some special running condition,much maintaining time has been saved so as to improve the economy of the power unit.
