摘要
针对梁北选煤厂洗选工艺存在的问题,对选煤厂进行了初步技术改造和二次扩能改造。通过增加粗煤泥处理系统,选煤厂生产能力由90万t/a提高到120万t/a,旋流器分选精度提高,介耗由原来的3 kg/t降至小于1 kg/t;通过调节各系统入料粒级,选煤厂处理能力提高到150万t/a,入洗量和浮选尾矿灰分均有所增加,粗煤泥系统得以优化,产品质量更容易控制。与2009年相比,2010年选煤厂多创造效益26643万元。梁北选煤厂的成功扩能说明系统入料粒级调配在扩能中的作用,也为其它选煤厂的扩能改造提供了理论基础。
Primary technical reform and the secondary capacity expansion reform have been made to solve the problems existed in washing process in Liangbei coal preparation plant.Thanks to the coarse coal slime processing system,the production capacity is improved from 0.9 million t/a to 1.2 million t/a,separation precision of cyclone is also improved.The medium consumption is reduced from 3 kg/t to less than 1 kg/t.By adjusting size fraction of coal slime,the processing capacity is up to 1.5 million t/a,the quantity of raw coal feed and ash content of gangue are improved,the product quality is easier to control.In 2010,the coal preparation plant has created 266.43 million yuan benefit more than in 2009.The successful capacity expansion reform identifies that the size fraction adjustment plays an important part in reform and this reform also provides theoretical basis for other coal preparation plants.
