摘要
目的:探讨波姆光配合激光与聚焦超声治疗不同分型宫颈柱状上皮异位中的疗效。方法:将在康健妇婴医院妇科门诊经妇科检查诊断的256例宫颈柱状上皮异位患者分为单纯型、颗粒型和乳头型三型,各型分别采用波姆光配合激光方法(A组)和聚焦超声方法(B组)治疗,比较两组治疗过程中的疗效及不良反应。结果:两种治疗方法对单纯型和颗粒型的疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组治疗总有效率(92.0%)明显高于B组(81.1%)。A组术后阴道排液率(53.9%)明显低于B组(73.1%);A组术后出血率(24.3%)低于B组(53.1%)。结论:波姆光配合激光对乳头型宫颈柱状上皮异位疗效显著优于聚焦超声;聚焦超声对单纯型和颗粒型宫颈柱状上皮异位的疗效优于乳头型宫颈柱状上皮异位;波姆光配合激光治疗的手术时间短于聚焦超声,不良反应发生率也低于聚焦超声组。
Objective：To explore the curative effects of POME combined with laser and focused ultrasound in treatment of different types of ectopic cervical columnar epithelium.Methods：256 patients with ectopic cervical columnar epithelium who were diagnosed in gynecological outpatient of the hospital by gynecological examination were divided into simple type,particle type and nipple type,then they were treated with POME combined with laser（group A） and focused ultrasound（group B）,respectively,the curative effects and adverse reactions in the course of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results：In the two groups,there was no significant difference in curative effect between simple type and particle type（P0.05）,the total effective rate in group A was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than that in group B（81.1%）.The rate of vaginal discharge after operation in group A was 53.9%,which was significantly lower than that in group B（73.1%）;the incidence of postoperative bleeding in group A was 24.3%,which was significantly lower than that in group B（53.1%）.Conclusion：The curative effect of POME combined with laser for nipple type of ectopic cervical columnar epithelium is better than that of focused ultrasound;the curative effects of focused ultrasound for simple type and particle type of ectopic cervical columnar epithelium are better than those of focused ultrasound for nipple type of ectopic cervical columnar epithelium;the operation time of POME combined with laser is shorter than that of focused ultrasound,the incidence of adverse reactions is also lower than that of focused ultrasound.
