摘要
目的:观察三苯氧胺联合乳核散结片治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法:将152例乳腺增生症患者随机分为2组,观察组82例口服小剂量三苯氧胺联合乳核散结片,对照组70例单用常规剂量三苯氧胺,连续服药3个月,停药3个月后跟踪随访半年。观察两组的总有效率、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为90.2%,高于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05);观察组复发率与不良反应发生率分别为4.9%和15.9%,低于对照组的20.0%和42.9%(P<0.05)。结论:三苯氧胺和乳核散结片结合治疗乳腺增生症疗效显著,副作用少。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of tamoxifen combined with Ruhesanjie tablets on breast hyperplasia.Methods：152 patients with breast hyperplasia were divided into two groups randomly,82 patients in observation group were treated with oral administration of low dose tamoxifen combined with Ruhesanjie tablets,while 70 patients in control group were treated with oral administration of routine dose tamoxifen,all the patients in the two groups were treated for 3 months,at three months after stopping treatment,follow-up was conducted for half a year.The total effective rates,the incidences of adverse reactions and recurrence rates in the two groups were observed.Results：The total effective rate in observation group was 90.2%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（71.4%）（P0.05）.The recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were 4.9% and 15.9%,respectively,which were lower than those in control group（20.0% and 42.9%）.Conclusion：The curative effect of tamoxifen combined with Ruhesanjie tablets in treatment of breast hyperplasia is significant,and the adverse reactions are few.
