In order to break through the bottle neck of the traditional sand treating system and improve the molding sand quality,the international advanced vacuum sand treating technique was introduced during the plant-moving period.By adopting a rational layout designed according to the local conditions,the application of the vacuum sand treating system achieved complete success,properties of the molding sand and the economic effect and the social effect increasingly became prominent that laid an excellent foundation for the sustainable development of the company.
