摘要
目的探讨胎儿下消化道梗阻的产前超声诊断的临床价值。方法对65例产前超声提示胎儿下消化道梗阻的孕妇资料回顾分析,并与引产及出生后消化道造影、手术病理结果对照。结果 65例产前超声提示下消化道梗阻者,经证实消化道畸形48例(73.8%),其中多发畸形6例(12.5%),染色体异常7例(10.8%)。17例(26.2%)分娩后一个月新生儿未发现明显异常。结论产前超声提示胎儿下消化道梗阻与胎儿下消化道畸形密切相关,对临床产科及优生优育有重要的临床指导价值。
Objective： To study the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in the fetus lower gastrointestinal obstruction. Methods ： 65 cases of antenatal fetal ultrasound tips for pregnant women of lower gastrointestinal obstruction retrospective analysis of data, and with the induction of labor and after birth, surgery and pathology findings. Results ： 65 cases of prenatal ultrasound results suggest lower gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal malformations confirmed 48 cases （73.8%）, including 6 cases of multiple malformations （ 12. 5% ）, 7cases （ 10. 8% ） chromosomal abnormalities. 17 cases （26. 2% ） one month after delivery found no significant neonatal anomalies. Conclusion： The fetal prenatal ultrasound suggest fetal digestive tract obstruction is closely related to lower gastrointestinal malformations, to clinical obstetrics and prenatal and postnatal care has important clinical guidance value.
