摘要
从原料品质、资源结构、装置规模、加工工艺技术、催化剂应用和差别化产品能力等方面介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司芳烃联合装置的状况。探讨了在现有原料资源、装置规模和工艺加工技术水平等条件的基础上,通过优化主产品分布,降低苯产量,增加对二甲苯产率,增加差别化产品,及时灵活调整产品结构和分布等措施,对芳烃联合装置的产品进行结构优化。
The situation of aromatics united plant of SINOPEC Tianjin Company was introduced in aspects of material quality, resources structure, plant scale, processing technology, catalyst application, and differential products capacity. On the basis of present conditions of material resource, plant scale and processing technology, through optimization of main products distribution, reduction of benzene output, increasing productivity of PX, increasing differential products, timely and flexibly adjusting product structure and distribution, structural optimization was conducted for products of aromatics united plant.
