凝胶颗粒调剖剂IPG的应用性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用具有七个采压点的填砂管和树脂胶结岩心,在80℃下,考察了0.5%改进预交联凝胶颗粒调剖剂IPG的流变性、注入性、选择注入性、调剖封堵特性及调驱性能。结果表明,IPG凝胶颗粒极易溶于水,在7.34 1/s下的溶液黏度为55.6 mPa.s。注入量约0.6 PV时,渗透率为3774.5×10-3、2132.3×10-3、943.6×10-3μm2填砂管的注入压力分别为15.0、150.1、1050 kPa,而渗透率为13.23×10-3μm2填砂管的注入压力高达16.8 MPa。IPG调剖剂的选择注入性能和深部注入能力良好。当填砂管水相渗透率约500×10-3μm2时,调剖剂封堵性能最佳;岩心渗透率级差为4时的剖面改善率约74%。调驱实验结果表明,调剖剂注入量为0.3 PV时,总采收率可以在水驱基础上提高26.6%。 By using the sand pack with seven pressure points and resinous core,the performance of improved pre-crosslinked gel particle profile control agent(IPG),such as rheological property,injectivity,profile control and plugging property,oil displacement and profile control ability was studied with the IPG mass concentration 0.5% and temperature 80℃.The results showed that IPG was easy to dissolve in water and the solution viscosity was of 55.6 mPa·s with shear rate 7.34 1/s.When the injection volume was of 0.6 PV,the injection pressure of sand pack with permeability 3774.5×10^-3,2132.3×10^-3 and 943.6×10^-3 μm^2 were 15.0,150.1 and 1050 kPa,respectively,and that of sand pack with permeability 13.23×10^-3 μm2 was as high as 16.8 MPa.The selective injectivity and deep injectivity of IPG were perfect.The plugging property of IPG was best when the water phase permeability of sand pack was about 500×10-3 μm2.The profile improvement rate was about 74% when the core permeability difference was of 4.The results of profile control and displacement experiment showed that the overall recovery ratio could be increased by 26.6% on the foundation of water-flooding when the injection volume was of 0.3 PV.
