心电图在急性肺栓塞的诊断价值 被引量：1

摘要 肺动脉栓塞又称肺栓塞（Pulmonary embolism ,PE）,是由于栓子阻塞肺动脉引起肺循环障碍的危重急症,其误诊率高达79%,死亡率仅次于肿瘤和心肌梗死,位于第三位[1].近年来随着临床检查手段不断的提高,该病检出率逐年上升,但心电图仍具有简便、及时、普及的首选诊断手段,本文报道积水潭医院16例PE的心电图改变.
