摘要
目的掌握沈阳市沈河区水痘发病强度和流行特征,为制定防制措施及评价措施效果提供准确依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析该区水痘疫情资料。结果 2006—2010年沈阳市沈河区水痘年均发病率为103.73/10万;男女性别比为1.15∶1,男性发病率为111.53/10万,女性发病率为96.02/10万(P<0.01);1、4—6、11和12月报告发病数较多,占全年报告发病总数的69.76%;学生和幼托儿童报告发病分别占报告发病总数的61.60%和13.44%,职业高峰明显;4～24岁年龄组报告发病数占报告发病总数的88.04%。结论根据该区水痘流行特征,应加强领导,明确防治工作目标;健全各项规章制度,落实预防控制措施;开展卫生宣传和健康教育工作,提高预防控制意识和水平;做好培训,提高其技术水平和管理能力;加强监测分析工作,做好水痘流行趋势预警;做好现场应急调查处理工作,有效控制其疫情暴发流行。
[ Objective] To understand the epidemic intensity and features of varicella in Shenhe District of Shenyang City, and pro- vide accurate basis for developing and evaluating control measures. [ Methods ] The descriptive epidemiology was adopted for the a- nalysis of the data varicella in this district. [ Results] The annual incidence rate of varicella in Shenhe District was 103.73/100 000, the ratio of male to females was 1.15 ： 1, the incidence rate of male and female was 111.53/100 000 and 96.02/100 000 （ P 〈 0. 01 ） respectively; 69.76% of annual total cases appeared in January, April - June, December and November. Students and kindergarten children occupied 61.60% and 13.44% of reported total cases, with obvious peak. 88.04% were people aged 4 - 24 years. [ Conclusion] Based on the epidemic features of varicella, it is necessary to strengthen the leadership, to clear prevention goals, to perfect rules and regulations, to implement prevention and control measures, to carry out health promotion and health education, to improve prevention and control awareness and levels, to do well in training, to improve the technical level and management ability, to strengthen the monitoring and analysis, to complete the varicella trend warning, to do well in site investigation and effectively control its outbreak.
