甲状腺癌分子生物学相关研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌系统肿瘤。近年来,分子生物学技术在甲状腺癌诊断方面取得了很大的进展,其中研究最多的就是与细胞转导相关的分子标记物,如ECM1基因、C-kit基因和14-3-3R蛋白,还有与细胞增殖相关的分子标记物,如Ki-67蛋白、微小染色体维系蛋白3(MCM3),抑癌基因如nm23基因。本文就以上分子标记物的作用机制做一综述。
