摘要
针对目前肿瘤学教育现状和教学中存在的问题进行分析。围绕基础理论教学方法、临床实践教学方法、提高教师的教学能力及病历书写培训,对临床肿瘤学教学方法进行了深入探讨,阐述了改革肿瘤学教学模式的措施和方案。通过设立肿瘤教学专职机构,制定合理的教学大纲,丰富教学内容,注重病历书写,坚持循证医学思想,不断提高教师队伍的专业知识和教学能力等措施,以提高临床肿瘤学教学质量。
With the rapid development of scientific technology,medical education on oncology is urgently enhanced in China.This paper analyzes education situation and existing problems in medical education on oncology in our country at present,deeply discussing the teaching method base on the basic theory of teaching methods,clinical practice and the teachers＇ ability and case writing,and elaborating the countermeasures and plans of Oncology teaching pattern reform.It improves clinical oncology teaching quality through oncology teaching professional organization build,reasonable teaching outline draft,teaching content enrichment,focusing on medical records writing,evidence-based medicine theory insistence and continual improvement of teachers＇ professional knowledge and teaching ability.
