摘要
代谢组学是近年发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低相对分子质量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新学科,是功能基因组学和系统生物学研究的重要组成部分。酮病是奶牛围产期常见的一种营养代谢病,严重损害奶牛健康、生产及繁殖性能,其病因学的一些问题至今尚未解决。本文对代谢组学和奶牛酮病病因学的研究现状及代谢组学在奶牛酮病研究方面的应用前景作一综述。
Metabonomics is a new science and technology developed in recent years. It refers to a qualitative and quantitative analytical approach to all the low relative molecular mass metabolites in an organism or cells, which has become an important compo- nent of functional genomics and system biology. Ketosis is an important nutrition metabolic disease of dairy cow in perinatal period, which seriously damages the health, production and reproductive performance of dairy cows. So far, some etiologic problems of keto- sis have not been solved. This paper reviews the research status of etiology of dairy cow ketosis as well as the prospect of metabolomics in research on dairy cow ketosis.
