摘要
目的:初步研究灼口综合征患者心理状态及口腔健康相关生活质量。方法:选择在深圳市第五人民医院口腔科门诊就诊的43例BMS患者以及性别年龄相匹配的43例非BMS就诊患者作为对照组,进行医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS),口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14中文版)、人口统计学一般项目表的调查。结果:灼口综合征患者的OHIP-14的分值中位数是21.25,明显高于一般就诊患者(中位数11.20)。且在功能限制,生理性疼痛、心理不适和心理障碍等领域影响程度最大。HADS与OHIP-14分值间的相关系数为r s=0.265,r s=0.271。结论:灼口综合征很大程度上影响了患者的口腔健康相关生活质量,心理分析可以明确患者是否有心理障碍及其类型和程度,从而为临床治疗方案的制定提供帮助。
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate oral health-related quality of life （OHRQoL） and the psychological burden of disease on BMS patients. Methods The 43 outpatients suffered from Burning Mouth Syndrome （January 2009 to November 2010） coming to the Department of Stomatology of the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen were asked to complete oral health-specific questionnaires （Chinese version of Oral Health Impact Profile,OHIP-14）, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale（HADS）,and sociodemographic was collected. Results A median value of 11.20 were observed for general patients subjects,while BMS patients has a median value of 21.25. BMS patients were significantly suffered in the domain of psychological discomfort, psychological disability,physical pain,functions limitation. A relationship between OHRQoL and Burning Mouth Syndrome was observed （rs=0.265,rs=0.271）. Conclusion Administration of specific questionnaires provides a detailed picture of the impact of BMS on patients,which adds information that may be useful in clinical practice.
