摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在围生期孕产妇中的应用及效果。方法选择在本院产科住院分娩的孕产妇共1380例,实验组764例,引入临床护理路径,按路径表来完成各项护理工作。对照组616例,接受常规的助产护理与围生期保健教育。观察记录2组的分娩结局,阴道分娩各产程时间,了解产妇对护理服务满意度和引入临床护理路径前后护士的心理状态情况等,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,2组阴道分娩总产程比较差异显著(P<0.05)。实施临床护理路径后实验组的住院费用、住院天数均较对照组显著降低,对护理工作满意度较对照组明显提高。护士的自信心、工作满足感及个人成就感等方面在实施临床护理路径前后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径的应用,降低了产妇的住院费用、减少了住院时间,增加了阴道分娩信心,降低了剖宫产率,缩短了产程,提高了产妇对护理工作满意度,改善了整个护理团队的人员素质与心理状态。
Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway on pregnant women in perinatal period. Methods Chose 1380 pregnant women who hospitalized in this hospital. The experimental group included 764 cases that received the clinical nursing pathway and took all kinds of nursing works according to the pathway table. The control group included 616 cases that received the routine nursing and healthcare education in perinatal period. Observed and compared the delivery outcomes and delivery course time of vaginal birth of the two groups, and the degree of satisfaction of pregnant women on the nursing services and the mental status of the nurses before and after the application of clinical nursing pathway. Results The cesarean section rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. There was significant difference in the total delivery time of vaginal birth between the two groups. After the application of clinical nursing pathway, the hospitalization fees and days in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, while the degree of satisfaction was significantly higher. There were significant differences in the self - confidence,job satisfaction and personal accomplishment of nurses before and after the application of clinical nursing pathway. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway can reduce the hospitalization fees and time of pregnant women, enhance their confidence of vaginal delivery, decrease the rate of cesarean section, shorten the delivery course, increase the degree of their satisfaction to the nursing works, and improve the quality and mental status of the whole nursing team.
