摘要
自从政府出台新政来抑制房价过快上涨以来,房价却不降反升。认为其原因是人为造成的"价格刚性"。首先介绍了价格刚性的概念,然后指出房价高企不下的原因是价格刚性以及价格刚性产生的原因,最后提出了解决的措施。
Since the Government introduced the New Policy to curb housing prices,the price did not fall but rise. This reason is caused by man-made ＂price rigidity. ＂ This paper intreduees the concept of price rigldity,and then analyzes the price remains high because of price rigidity and causes of price rigidity,and finally puts forward some measures.
