摘要 利用MMS-2B型磨损试验机在不同的摩擦条件下,对不同热处理后的Cr12钢进行摩擦磨损试验,研究磨损条件及热处理工艺对磨损性能的影响,确定磨损条件下的最佳工艺方法。结果表明:Cr12钢在820℃预热1 050℃油淬+520℃二次和三次回火时耐磨性都很好,三次回火比两次回火更好一些,但提高的幅度较小;随着转速和载荷的增大,磨损性能有所下降。 Friction and wear test of different heat treated Crl2 steel under different wear conditions was carried out using MMS-2B model wear testing machine. The effect of friction condition and heat treatment on wear performance of Crl2 steel was studied to determine the best technique, The results show that wear resistance of Crl2 steel is high under preheating at 820℃ and oilquenching at 1 050 ℃and twice and three times tempering conditions, the wear resistance of three times tempering is higher than that of twice tempering, but improving range is less; with the acceleration of rotate speed and load, wear resistance decreases somewhat.
