摘要
熔模石膏铸型粉浆料的初凝时间直接关系到浆料的可操作性。目前普遍使用的初凝时间测定方法并未充分考虑熔模石膏铸型粉浆料自身的特点,且需要依赖手工操作及经验判断。用旋转黏度计测定铸型粉浆料黏度值随时间的变化以确定其初凝时间,是依据铸型粉浆料凝结程度与黏度之间相关关系而制定的方法。该方法测量结果受人为因素影响小,易学习掌握。
The initial setting time of gypsum molding powder for investment related to the slurry operability directly. The characteristics of slurry was not considered fully by test methods currently in use for initial setting time of gypsum molding powder, which depend on manual operation and experience judgment. The viscosity value of the slurry changing with time was tested by rotational viscometer to determine initial setting time, which is based on the relationship between condensation degree and viscosity for the slurry. The measuring results are less affected by human factor and easier to handle.
