摘要
目的探讨X线立体定位穿刺活检术(stereotactic core needle biopsy,SCNB)对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法对经钼靶X线检查发现乳腺疾病的65例患者进行SCNB和外科手术切检,对两种方法所得病理结果进行比较分析。结果 SCNB恶性病变病理符合率86.4%,良性病变病理符合率97.6%。结论 X线立体定位穿刺活检术安全、方便,准确性高,是诊断乳腺疾病的重要方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of stereotactic core needle biopsy （SCNB） in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods Surgical operation and SCNB were performed on 65 cases whose breast lesions were detected by mammography, analyzed and compared with those two methods. Results The concordance rate to the pathology results was 86.4% in malignant cases and 97.6% in benign cases. Conclusion Mammorgaphy with SCNB is a simple, safe and accurate localization procedure, and is very valuable in the diagnosis of breast lesion.
