解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨大结节骨折 被引量:6

摘要 近年来肱骨骨折采用锁定钢板内固定治疗很常见,肱骨大结节骨折多以手法整复外固定治疗为主,但术后疗效不佳。笔者自2008年6月~2010年11月采用切开复位解剖锁定钢板内固定术治疗肱骨大结节骨折22例,术后肩关节功能恢复快,临床疗效较好。
