摘要
背景:学者们对正畸力作用下牙周组织的改建做了大量的研究,但对于在大鼠牙齿移动过程中Toll样受体4在牙周组织中表达的研究尚未涉及。目的:研究在正畸牙移动过程中,大鼠牙周组织中Toll样受体4的表达。方法:采用NiTi拉簧建立大鼠正畸牙移动模型,力值50g。分别于加力后1,3,5,7,10,14d取正畸牙周组织,检测Toll样受体4的表达。结果与结论:免疫荧光染色显示,正畸加力1d,牙周组织中Toll样受体4的表达量增强,至加力后5d时表达量最大,之后逐渐降低,第14天时回落至初始水平。可见正畸力可以刺激牙周组织中Toll样受体4的表达,Toll样受体4可能参与了牙周组织的改建。
BACKGROUND: Extensive research has been done on the function of the periodontal ligament under the orthodontic force. However, there are no reports regarding the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 in rat periodontium during orthodontic tooth movement. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 in rat periodontium during orthodontic tooth movement. METHODS: Rat orthodontic tooth movement model was constructed using NiTi extension spring with the force value of 50 g. The orthodontic periodontium was collected on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th days after exerting force to detect the expression of Toll-like receptor 4. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: According to immunofluorescence staining, the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 in the periodontal tissues increased on the 1st day after exerting force, and reached highest level on the 5th day; then fell to the initial level on the 14th day. Thus the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 is evoked by orthodontic force, and it may play a role in periodontal remodeling.
