摘要
针对采用自驱动同步整流正激变换器存在驱动死区和共态导通的问题,提出一种新型外驱动同步整流电路。该电路结合了外驱动和自驱动的特点,能够很好地解决驱动死区和共态导通问题,并且采用该同步整流驱动电路的正激变换器适用于宽输入电压场合。对驱动电路的原理进行了分析,给出了绝对安全时间的计算方法,并通过一个80W的原理样机进行了实验验证。
A novel out-driving synchronous rectifier(SR) circuit combined with out-driving and self-driving characteristics is proposed.It can deal with the issues of dead time and common conduction time in the self-driving SR circuit for forward converter.Using the circuit,the forward converter is able to work within wide range of input voltages.The principle of the circuit is described,and absolute safe-time is calculated.Finally,a 80 W prototype of forward converter is built and tested.
