摘要
运用探查切开挂线疗法辅以口服中药汤剂治疗AIDS合并肛瘘,取得较满意临床效果,现选取全身症状及专科查体相似的35例,将治疗体会报道如下。结论:中医药对AIDS合并肛瘘患者疗效显著;AIDS合并肛瘘患者有别于普通肛瘘患者。
Treating AIDS with anal fistula with ligating method combing with oral administration of TCM decoctions has got satisfied effects in clinic. 35 cases with similar general symptoms were introduced. TCM therapy has an obvious effect on AIDS with anal fistula. AIDS with anal fistula is different from common anal fistula.
