摘要
介绍国内外高层建筑应急逃生装置的研究现状及相关的标准规范,对各种逃生设备进行分析比较,总结其优缺点以及适用范围。真正能用于高层或超高层建筑集体逃生且技术比较成熟并已有使用案例的设备不多。可在楼顶安装导轨解决箱式缓降装置安装地点固定缺乏灵活性的问题。没有相关标准对高于60m的建筑的逃生装置的使用进行规范。对新型逃生设备的研制及相关配套标准的制定提出建议。
The actual equipments and interrelated standards of e quipments for escaping in high-rise building were introduced. Through analyzing all kinds of the escaping equipments, the strongpoint and the defect of those equipments were summa rized and the suitable place to use those equipments was de fined. There are no many equipments using at high--rise and super high rise buildings for multi person escape with mature technology and with successful cases. The lack of flexibility about the installation site of box descent control device can be solved by setting orbit on the top of the buildings. There are no relative Codes to normalize the use of escape device at buildings higher than 60 m. Suggestions for developing further equipment and constituting new interrelated standard were put forward.
