摘要
为解决青岛有线电视网络中心工作人员在外维修和稽查时无法及时提取、回录工单和查阅相关信息,设计了一套基于PDA的工单处理系统。搭建系统的网络架构,介绍相关业务流程,对系统的功能、软件架构进行详细设计,阐述软件开发中用到的关键技术。系统的成功应用提高了工作效率和服务质量,降低了成本,提升了用户的满意度。
When the workers of Qingdao Cable Network do the business of repair and inspection out of the station,they can＇t pick and back the work bill immediately and can＇t look up the relevant information.To solve the problem,a work bill processing system based on PDA has been designed.This paper builds the network architecture of the system,describes the relevant business process,designs the functions and the software architecture of the system in detail and introduces the key technique of the software development.The system is successful in practice,which improves the work efficiency and the service equality,reduce the cost and improve the users satisfaction.
