水稻不同品种(系)对褐稻虱抗性的分析 被引量:3

摘要 本研究就20多个水稻品种(系)对褐稻虱的取食、产卵、生存、生育和生态等方面抗性进行综合分析。结果表明,褐稻虱在抗虫品种(系)嘉23、丙620、浙丽1号和浙丽2号上的取食量显著小于感虫品种秀水48。在抗虫品种嘉23上的存活率为28.43%,在秀水48上高达100%。初孵至羽化的历期在秀水48上平均为13.6天,羽化期5天,而在嘉23上则分别为16.53天和9天。在秀水48上的产卵量显著高于在抗虫品种(系)浙丽2号、嘉23、丙620和嘉25—2。褐稻虱在抗虫品种丙620上的田间种群密度显著低于秀水48,若虫高峰期延迟1周,峰度平缓。其雌成虫在感虫品种(系)上的相对产卵量也显著高于抗虫品种。 This paper is given resistance evaluation on feeding,egg laying,existance,reproduc- tion and ecology of brown planthopper on 20-odd rice varieties。The results are as the follows: The feeding amount of brown planthopper on susceptible variety,Xiushui 48 was evidently greater than that on resistant varieties,such as Jia 23,Bing 620,Zheli-2,Zheli-1 and so on。The sur- vival rate of brown planthopper on resistant Jia 23 was 28.43%,but 100% on susceptible Xiushui 48.The average duration from lst instar to emerge on susceptible Xiushui 48 was 13.6 days,while 16.53 days on ersistant Jia 23,and the emerging time was 5 days on Xiushui 48,but 9 days on Jia 23。The fecundity of brown planthopperat Xiushui 48 was evidently higher than that on resistant varieties,Zheli-2,Jia 23,Bing 620 and Jia 25-2.Being compared with Xiushui48,resistant va- rieties,such as Bing 620 was significantly lower in the field population density of brown planthop- per。If the peak of nymph density was about 1 week later and the peak was smooth,the relative amount of eggs of female brown planthopper adult was also significantly higher on susceptible vari- eties than that on resistant ones。
