摘要
法律与巫术关系极为密切。它们同为社会产物,与社会制度、道德、伦理、宗教、风俗习惯等价值观念相联系,反映了某一个时期、某一社会的社会结构,并在构建社会秩序方面呈现出相同的社会控制功能。
Law and sorcery are very close to each other. As a social product, they are related to social system, morality, ethics, religion, customs and other values, reflecting a certain social structure of a certain period of time, and showing the same social control function in the construction of social order.
