摘要
姚电公司3号锅炉原配双流道风罩回转式空气预热器,投运以来空气预热器漏风率大,影响锅炉安全及经济运行。经多方考察与讨论,改造为容克式三分仓空气预热器。文中介绍了改造后空气预热器的结构和参数、改造安装遇到的问题和经验教训,并对改造前后空气预热器的经济性进行了分析。为同类型锅炉空气预热器的改造提供参考。
The No.3 boiler in Yaomeng Power Plant comes with Hood rotary type air preheater, since operation, the air leakage rate of air preheater is rather high, it influences the boiler efficiency and the safe operation. After the extensive study and discussion, Hood rotary type air preheater is transformed into Ljungstrom Regenerative Air Heater. The structure and the parameters of the transformed air preheater are displayed in this paper, problems and experience during the process of installation are also explained, the economy of the air preheater before and after transformation are compared, which offers a reference to the transformation of the air preheater in the same type.
