摘要
目的观察住院糖尿病患者静脉使用奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林抗血小板药物治疗前后血小板参数的变化。方法采用SysmexXE2100全自动血液分析仪,对60例住院的糖尿病患者分别给予奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林和单独口服阿司匹林治疗前后的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)进行测定,同时测FBS。结果治疗组MPV(P<0.05)、PDW显著下降(P<0.01)、PLT计数增加(P<0.01)、PCT测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林治疗可以快速有效地抑制2型糖尿病患者血小板活化,改善血小板功能。
Objective To observe the effects of ozagrel intravenous anti-platelet drug therapy in combination with aspirin on the platelet parameter changes in hospitalized diabetic patients. Methods By using SysmexXE2100 automatic blood analyzer. 60 cases of hospitalized diabetic patients were given ozagrel treatment and aspirin at the same time. Compared with given a single oral aspirin only, the platelet count before and after treatment （PLT）, the platelet volume （MPV）, the platelet hematoerit （PCT）, the platelet distribution width （PDW） were measured, and FBS as well. Results The MPV （P〈0.05）, PDW significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, PLT count increased （P〈0.01）, PCT had no significant difference in measured values （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous use of ozagrel treatment of type 2 diabetes in combination with aspirin in patients can effectively inhibit platelet activation, improve hypercoagulable state, and prevent thrombosis.
