摘要
随着LEAP800测井系统应用,井下仪器的总线速率必须达到兆级以上才能满足新一代的测井仪器大数据量的传输需求。利用以太网技术设计了一种新型的网络化井下仪器总线,该总线具有宽传输带宽、模块化程度高、扩展性强、可远程操控等优点。介绍了井下仪器总线的工作原理,详细描述了总线的硬件及软件设计。试验表明,该设计提高了井下仪器的传输带宽,实现了LEAP800测井系统中大数据量的可靠传输。
With the application of the megabit telemetry system of LEAP800 well logging system, the data transmission rate of the downhole tool's data bus must be higher than one megabit per second to meet the requirements of massive acquisition data of downhole tools. Based on ethernet technology, proposed is a design of networked downhole tool's data bus which has the advantages of wide bandwidth, modular structure, excellent expansibility, and etc. Introduced is the principle of downhole tool's data bus, and detailed are bus designs of hardware and software. The experiments show that this design can greatly increase the bandwidth of downhole tool's data bus and realize the reliable transmission of large amount of data in LEAP800 well logging system.
