摘要
目的探讨儿童畸胎瘤的临床特点及诊断与治疗。方法对我院收治的95例儿童畸胎瘤(均经手术治疗,病理检查证实)进行回顾性分析。结果95例畸胎瘤患儿,骶尾部、睾丸、卵巢、腹膜后发生的分别为44例、24例、14例、13例;病理分级成熟56例,未成熟1级17例、2级7例、3级7例,恶性8例;术后进行了化疗的7例;术后复发的6例。结论儿童畸胎瘤早期诊断非常重要,预后与患病部位密切相关,术后需密切随访。
Objective To study the clinical features and experience of diagnose and treatment of children teratoma.Methods To review the clinical data of 95 cases with children teratomas retrospectively,who were operated and finally diagnosed by pathology in our hospital.Results Among the 95 cases studied,44 arose in the sacrococcygeal region,24 in testis,14 in ovary,13 in retroperitoneum histologically,56 cases were of mature teratoma,17 cases were of grade 1,7 cases of grade 2 and 7 cases of grade 3,8 cases of malignant teratoma,7 cases have made postoperative chemotherapy.6 cases recurred.Conclusion Early diagnosis is very important for the teratoma in children;Prognosis of patients are closely related to the diseased position,and close follow-up is necessary.
