摘要
目的:摸索温经养血合剂的最佳提取工艺及其成分芍药苷的含量测定方法,提高现有质量标准。方法:采用正交试验法,考查挥发油提取步骤中加水量、浸泡和提取时间对挥发油提取量的影响;采用二因素方差分析法,考查渗漉提取步骤中溶剂量、渗漉速度对芍药苷含量(高效液相色谱法测定)的影响。结果:挥发油的最佳提取条件为:6倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,提取8 h;渗漉提取的最佳工艺条件为:8倍量70%乙醇溶剂,浸渍24 h,5mL.min-1.kg-1速度渗漉。
The study was aimed to establish an optimized extraction method and paeoniflorin content determination method of Wen-Jing-Yang-Xue mixture.The extraction method of volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal experiment with different extraction rate of water amount,soaking and extraction time.The percolation extraction process was optimized by solvent volume and percolation rate.And the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC method.The results showed that the optimal extraction method of volatile oil was to soak for 0.5 h with 6 times water and then extract for 8 h.The optimal extraction technology was to soak for 24 h with 8 times of 70% ethanol.And the speed for percolation extraction is 5mL/min·kg.
