摘要
[目的]探讨LigaSure结扎束切割闭合系统（LVSS）在小儿外科腹腔镜及开放手术中的应用价值.[方法]对包括巨结肠、精索静脉曲张、隐睾、肿瘤、阑尾炎、脾切除、复杂肠粘连等病种在内的124例患儿应用LVSS施行了相关手术,分析所有患者术中术后的出血情况及有无严重并发症,进行总结.[结果]除1例因使用技术问题大出血外,其余患儿出血1～60 mL,未发生周围组织损伤及术后继发性出血.[结论]LVSS作为一种新兴的手术辅助用具,能使手术难度显著降低,缩短手术时间,术中止血确切,术后恢复快,是一项安全有效的技术革新,值得在小儿外科推广应用.
[Objective]To explore the application of LigaSureTM vessel sealing system（LVSS） in pediatric laparoscopie surgery and open operation. [Methods] Totally 124 pediatric patients with the diseases such as megacolon, varicocele, cryptorchidism, tumor, appendicitis or complex intestinal adhesion were operated by using LVSS. Bleeding and complications of all patients during or after operation were analyzed and summarized. [Results] Except one case had hemorrhea caused by technical reason, the average bleeding volume of the other pediatric patients were 1-60ml. No injury of surrounding tissue and secondary bleeding occurred. [Conclusion] As a new surgical aid, LVSS can decrease the surgical difficulty and shorten operation time, and has certain hemostasis effect and rapid postoperative recovery. Therefore, it is a safe and effective technical innovation bleeding, and should be widely used in pediatric surgery.
