摘要
利用响应曲面法优化银杏总黄酮的提取工艺,考察乙醇的体积分数、料液比、提取时间对总黄酮得率的影响,运用SAS软件程序对试验数据进行响应面分析.结果表明,银杏总黄酮提取的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度80%,提取时间2.79h,料液比1∶38.97.在此条件下总黄酮得率为1.10%.
Using the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Ginkgo.Considering the impaction of ethanol concentration,liquid ratio,extraction time on the total yield of the flavonoids.Test used SAS software program on the response surface data analysis,which indicates that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Ginkgo were as follows:80% ethanol,extraction 2.79 h,solid-liquid ratio 1∶38.97,extraction temperature of 70.0 ℃.Under these conditions,the total flavonoids was 1.10%.
