用3头装有瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,研究了稻草饲料采食量与瘤胃内纤维质消化的关联。窟胃内纤维质的消化用半体内法(尼龙小包技术)测定,以可消化含量(PED)、PED的消化速度常数(kd)、消化迟延时间(LT)以及通过速度常数(kp)等指标进行了描述。稻草饲料采食量与细胞壁成分或酸性洗涤纤维的PED或kd均无显著相关,而与两者之积(PED×kd)和kp有显著相关。作者动态地结合PED,kd,kp三者,用下式描述了瘤胃内纤维质的消失:[PED/(kd+kp)+(100-PED)/kp],并把此式求得之值命名为饲料纤维质的瘤胃滞留系数。稻草饲料的采食量与细胞壁成分的瘤胃滞留系数有极显著的负相关(r=-0.90***)。这些结果意着味,通过改善瘤胃内纤维质的消化和通过加快瘤胃内饲料残渣的排空,将能提高稻草饲料的采食量。
With three rumen-fistulated wethers,we studied the relationship between the intake of rice straw diet and ruminal digestion of fibrous materials. The ruminal digestion of cell wall constituents (CWC) as well as acid detergent fiber (ADF) was determined via the in sacco technique. The dry matter of rice straw diet was neither correlatedlto the potential extent of digestion(PED) of CWC and ADF, nor to the digestion rate of PED (kd) (p>0.05). However, it correlated significantly with the product of PED and kd (PEDxkd) (p<0.01), discrete lag time of ADF (P<0.01), and the rate of passage through the rumen ( kp) (P<0.001) . The disappearance of fibrous materials from the rumen was estimated by the equation, CPED/( kd +kp ) +(100-PED)/ kp3 . We proposed to term it as the retention time index of fibrous materials in the rumen (RT-INDEX). The rice straw diet intake was negatively correlated to the RT-INDEX (r = -0.90***). The above results suggest that the improvement in rate of clearance of fibrous materials from the rumen, dependent on both digestion and passage process, will result in the increased intake of rice straw diet.
