摘要
宿舍是高校组织管理中最小的子系统,是大学生学习、生活、休息、娱乐、交流的一个重要的多功能场所。宿舍文化建设对大学生的思想观念、价值取向和行为方式等方面发生着持久而深远的影响。加强高校宿舍文化建设,必须树立人本德育理念,研究大学生的需要,并加强校园文化建设,发挥宿舍环境的功能。
The dormitory is the least subsystem in organizational management of institution of higher education. At the same time, it is also an important multipurpose place for college students to study, live, rest, entertain and communicate. As a result, the construction of college dormitory culture has a profound and lasting influence on the students＇ ideology, value orientation and behavior. To strengthen the construction of college dormitory culture, we must establish the humanistic moral education, study the needs of the students, strengthen the construction of college culture and bring the dormitory environment＇s function into play.
