摘要
矿山钻井工程结束后会产生大量的废浆。对这些废浆能否用被用作为地面预注浆浆液进行了一些试验。钻井泥浆和地层注浆所用的浆液有着不同的性能要求,其材料组成也不完全相同,不能直接用于地层注浆。在实验室里,对钻井废弃泥浆和注浆粘土纯浆的相对密度、粘度、pH值和稳定性等物理性能进行了试验,表明二者的粘度和稳定性差别较大。向两种浆液中添加不同数量的水泥和水玻璃,对其粘度、凝胶时间、静切力、塑性强度和抗压强度等性能进行了对比试验和分析,研究结果表明,在添加一定量水玻璃和水泥后,钻井废浆的各种性能与粘土浆液比较接近,可用于地层注浆工程。
A lot of slurry is produced after shaft drilling in coal mines.Some tests were conducted to study if the slurry can be used as grouting slurry of surface pre-grouting.Because different of property requirement between drilling slurry and grouting slurry,and the material composition of the slurry is not exactly the same,so it can't be directly used to stratum grouting.Some physics performances of drilling waste slurry and clay slurry,such as specific density,viscidity,PH value and stability,were tested in laboratory.The results showed that they have big difference in viscosity and stability.The viscidity,gel time,static shear force,plastic strength and pression strength of drilling slurry and grouting slurry after adding different quantitative cement and soluble glass were tested,the result indicates that the various properties of the drilling waste slurry and clay slurry are closer,drilling slurry can be used as stratum grouting slurry.
