摘要
温度是影响鱼类生长及生理生化活动最重要的环境因素之一,温度显著影响鱼类生长和代谢。蛋白质是鱼类生长所必需的营养素之一,饲料蛋白质水平显著影响鱼类代谢、蛋白质合成等,且受多种因素的调控。不同温度条件下鱼类对蛋白质的需求量不同,研究不同温度和蛋白质水平对鱼类的影响具有重要的实践意义,不仅可以根据温度变化调整蛋白质水平以满足鱼类需求,还可以节约成本降低污染。文章就环境温度、蛋白质水平以及二者共同作用对鱼类的影响(代谢、蛋白质合成、基因表达等)作一综述,探讨环境温度和蛋白质水平影响鱼类生长的机理,以期为相关的研究提供一些参考。
Temperature is one of the most important environmental factors affecting growth, physiological and biochemical activities of fish directly or indirectly. Temperature affects growth and metabolism of fish. Protein is one of the most important macronutrient to fish growth, metabolism and protein synthesis of fish are significantly affected by protein level of feed and are regulated by other factors. For protein requirements are different under different temperatures, and it is of important practical significance to study effects of different temperature and protein level on fish. Thus, not only protein needs could be adjusted according to temperature changes, but also the cost of feed and pollution of aquatic system could be decreased. In this paper, effects of the environmental temperature, protein level as well as their mutual on biochemical processes of fish (metabolism, protein synthesis and gene expression) were summarized with the purpose of exploring the mechanism and providing some references for the future research.
