摘要 动力耦合系统是混合动力系统关键技术之一,文章提出的电驱动主动同步机械式自动变速器(EMT)通过电机和变速器集成技术,利用电机快速精准调速性能很好地解决了并联混合动力系统动力耦合难题。文章按照EMT系统特点,对比目前测功试验台的优缺点,提出了高效、节能及简单实用的EMT系统对拖试验台,本测试台架结合系统自身便是电驱动系统,所以采用了2套相同EMT系统对拖动试验方式。试验数据表明,电机的快速精准调速功能使得变速器的换挡时间可以缩短到0.4s,接近DCT的换挡时间。该测试台架突出了主动同步的优点,研究成果有助于解决传统AMT的动力中断时间长的难题。 Power coupled system is one of the key technologies of hybrid power system. The EMT technology, an integrated technology of motor and transmission with the precise speed control performance of motor proposed by the paper, has solved the problem of parallel hybrid system dynamic coupling. Based on the eharacteristie of the EMT system, the paper compares the advantages amt disadwmlages of the eurrent dynamometer bench, and put forward a high efficient, energy--Raving, simple and practical EMT system drag bern'h, whose system combined with is the electric drive system. Therefore, two same drag experimental methods have been used. The data shows that the motor's rapid and ace.urate adjustment function can shorten the shift speed time to 0.4 second, close to the DCT shift time, the test bench highlights the edges of active sync and the research result is also the solution to the traditional problem, a long power interruption of AMT.
