摘要
免费开放是新形势下对图书馆工作的新要求,也是社会文明进步的要求,是图书馆资源共享、读者至上、普遍均等等服务理念的发展。作为县级公共图书馆怎样适应这一新的契机,创新机制,以人为本,更好更科学地服务社会。本文从理论和实践两方面,对这个问题做了深刻的探索。
Free opening is currently a necessary demand of library work under the new situation, and is also the indication of social civilization. It is the expansion of service concepts such as library resource sharing, the reader orientation, universal and equal sharing and so on. The author thoroughly probes into how the county level library adapts to the new opportunity, innovates mechanism, adheres to the ＂people-oriented＂ principle and serves the society better and scientifically from the two aspects of theory and practice.
