摘要
目的了解成都市市、区县级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)专业人员基本技能培训后成绩。方法采用统计描述、方差分析、多元逐步回归等方法比较市、区县级专业人员基本技能成绩,并找出其主要影响因素。结果市级CDC人员考试成绩64.5～98.5(83.93±7.10)分,及格105人,及格率100%;区县级CDC人员考试成绩45.5～98(77.78±8.63)分,及格393人,及格率96.3%。不同专业、职称、职务成绩差异有统计学意义。市级CDC基本技能考试成绩职务为主要影响因素,区县级年龄、职务、职称、专业为主要影响因素。结论成都市市、区县两级CDC专业人员基本技能的掌握存在一定的差异和不同的影响因素,市级CDC人员对基本技能的整体掌握高于区县级CDC,市级专业人员受专业背景的影响较小,整体基本技能掌握较全面;而区县级受专业背景的影响较大,对疾病控制基本技能掌握存在一定的局限性。
Objective To understand the effect and current situation of CDC basic skills training for all CDCs in Chengdu.Methods Descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,multiple regression and other methods were adopted to compare the scores of basic skills of municipal CDCs staff and district/county CDCs staff,and identify the main influencing factors.Results The score of municipal CDCs staff was 64.5-98.5（83.93 7.10）,105 passed,with the passing rate of 100%;the score of district/county CDCs staff was 45.5-98（77.78 8.63）,393 passed,with the passing rate of 96.3%.Differences between different professionals,titles,positions were statistically significant.The main influencing factors at municipal level was position,while at the district level were age,position,title and professional.Conclusion The capability of basic skills of municipal CDCs staff and district/county CDCs staff is different,and the influencing factors were different too.The basic skills of municipal CDC staff is overall better than district/county CDCs staff.Municipal staff is less affected by professional background,while district staff is more,which resulted some limitations of the mastery of basic skills for disease control..
