摘要
针对目前市面上便携式细胞培养产品部分参数控制中存在的不足,设计并制作了一种便携式的细胞培养系统。系统采用PIC16F877A单片机作为主控器件,控制调节各个参数。根据传感器测得的参数值与初始设定的参数值相比较,通过半导体制冷器件TEC—12706实现加热与降温,超声雾化加湿器实现雾化加湿。对温度、湿度的测试结果表明:系统箱体的培养区域内温度和相对湿度值稳定,温度偏差1.0℃,湿度值维持在90%RH以上。同时,细胞培养实验表明:该培养箱能基本满足细胞培养的要求。该新研制的系统成本低、轻便实用,能实现细胞样本的短期培养和远距离传送。
Considering the faults of the parameter control of some portable cell incubator products, a portable cell culture system is designed and implemented. In this system,PIC16F877A MCU is used as the main controlling unit to adjust each parameter. According to the comparison of the detected value and the initial setting value, a semiconductor device TEC-12706 is used for the heating and cooling process, and an ultrasonic humidifier is used for the humidification. Testing results show that the temperature and humidity are maintained at a stable level. The departure of the temperature is less than 1.0 ℃ , and the relative humidity is above 90 % RH. Meanwhile, cell culture experiments validate that this device can basically meet the requirement of cell culture. This new system is inexpensive and portable, and it is suitable for short-term culture or transporting the experimental samples to a long distance.
