摘要
为解决中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司碱渣湿式氧化装置存在的管线堵塞、脱臭效果不佳等问题,合理地优化了相关工艺流程及操作条件。主要优化措施:将氧化反应器顶部压力由1.9~2.1 MPa提高到2.3~2.5 MPa;将氧化反应器顶部温度由190~200℃降低为180~190℃;及时更换空气喷嘴;将碱渣中碱的质量分数控制为7%~9%。优化效果:处理液态烃碱渣时,S2-脱除率由72.23%提高到98.73%,化学需氧量(COD)脱除率由52.87%提高到60.70%,酚脱除率由43.88%提高到61.14%;处理催化裂化(FCC)汽油碱渣时,S2-脱除率由68.35%提高到98.12%,COD脱除率由39.55%提高到48.97%,酚脱除率由39.76%提高到51.05%。
In order to dissolve the problems of tube blinding and poor deodorization in the alkali dregs - wet oxidation unit of Jinling Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC, the related process, flow and operating condition were optimized reasonably. The measures were adopted including increasing the pressure on the top of oxidation reactor from 1.9 - 2. 1 MPa to 2.3 - 2.5 MPa, decreasing the tempera- ture on the top of the reactor from 190 - 200 ℃ to 180 - 190 ℃, changing air nozzle in time, controlling the mass fraction of alkaline in the drezs to 7% -9%. The results showed that for the treatment of liq- uid hydrocarbon alkali dregs, the S^2- removal percent increased from 72.23% to 98.73% ,COD from 52.87% to 60.70% , phenol from 43.88% to 61.14% ;for the treatment of FCC gasoline alkali dregs,S^2- removal percent increased from 68.35% to 98.12% ,COD from 39.55% to 48.97% ,phenol from 39.76% to 51.05%.
