摘要
资源结构决定其综合利用模式。当前,我国25%的铜矿尾矿资源具有再回选的经济价值,75%的铜矿尾矿在目前技术经济条件下是不具备再选经济价值的,因而未来我国铜矿尾矿资源综合利用的主要模式是尾矿回选及尾矿用于采矿充填或用作建筑材料。考虑到我国铜矿尾矿资源综合利用主要受技术、经济、政策及数据与信息等问题制约,为了进一步推动铜矿尾矿资源综合利用,建议重点加强尾矿资源综合勘查评价及尾矿利用技术研究,并落实系列的经济政策与实施关联示范工程项目。
Resource structure determines the mode of its comprehensive utilization. Currently, the 25 of copper railings resources in China have economic value for selecting again; the other 75% can＇t be selected under the current economy and technology. So, the main mode is used by selecting again or used for mining filling or building material for copper tailings＇ comprehensive utilization in the future in China. Being the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings is mainly affected by technology, economy, policy, data and information, and other problems; in order to promote the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings, we suggest to strengthen its prospecting and evaluating, and study related technology, and work out a series of economic policies, and some demonstration projects.
